Just had an INCREDIBLE graduation party! Jake really helped to make it an event to remember. The food was delicious, and the presentation was elegant and classy. All our guests (almost 200 people) were raving about the food and atmosphere. I highly recommend. Jake was an amazing communicator and even went out of his way to help me with some last minute favors ( I was panicking a little and he helped soothe me and assured me everything would work out great, and it did). Wow 3 other people complaining about this guy,. ill tell you this I have nothing to do with rich or his even and a completely separate issue. This guy is a dead beat, we did work for him and they put a stop payment on his check claiming he over paid. Then sent him a invoice and jacob said your right i owe you but only $500 but then never paid even that. This guy owes me $1000 wheres my money dead beat jacob.. Stay away from this guy. Do not do business with him. Bad Practices, bad person, doesn't care. Screwed me .. just read what the other two people said
No matter how good the food ended up being the day of the party...it couldn't have come close to making up for the degree of frustration and unprofessionalism leading up to the event, and following the event. Jacob is a horrible communicator, and his father Doron, the business manager, was nasty, rude, and confrontational. This is a classic case of a creative mind (Jacob) being a terrible communicator and horrible to work with. I would NEVER recommend that you hire them. It's just not worth the stress and hassle. Doesn't matter that the food was good. The business end of the job, both before and after our event, was completely unprofessional and incredibly difficult to deal with. I could list the many ways they screwed up, but I've already wasted enough energy on them. I will never use this caterer again, and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.
