I did not get my car fixed at JC'S, but even though Daniel and the shop were.not going to profit from ordering the parts for my car they did it anyway to help out there newest employee Terry Garcia. Terry had already taken on the task of replacing the clutch in my car, a front wheel drive clutch job no easy task. Since he was hired at JC'S he had to work on my car in his limited spare time, he still got it done in a few days, correctly, and very reasonably priced. The worst experience I have ever had! Keeps my car for days and never fixed anything. Traded a P.T Cruiser for work on my Daughters Jeep Liberty. Jeep isn't running and sits in my driveway. Then he says he would make good for the trade. He then took Sons Jeep Wrangler. Says he was replacing Brake Master Cylinder, Starter, Brakes etc. Car started smoking when daughter drove to store. Had it towed to a Good Mechanic and they said he didn't know what he was doing and never did any repairs he claims. My advice is "Beware of Litt... read more
A couple of years ago had him repair a tire on our crane. The tire blew out within 5 miles and he tried to charge me $150 for coming out and repairing it since we were on the side of the road. Ridiculous. All you have to do is read the newspaper to get an idea of his antics including a customers car coming up missing and it being pinged in Cal, only to be back in AZ the next day.
