This company was started by the father so I initially talked to him about my project. He was very nice and seemed customer focused. Later I met his son and he seemed nice too. However I became very disappointed in the lack of communication during my project. My project was scheduled on Memorial Day which made no sense and both father and son were out of town and supplies began delivering to my house. Set up appointment, confirmed date and and time. I waited all day. Texted him mid morning he said someone should be there or on their way. By 4 pm still no show. No phone call no apology. I had to cancel several other afternoon appointments . Not the best customer service.
Did a great job finished on time and as promised highly recommend.
Had this company come over yesterday and work on my yard. The finishing job was amazing. I had a major weed problem this year and they cleaned it all up and made it look amazing. They were easy to get ahold of and very professional, would definitely use them again.
