Front desk, Alexus has a habit of harassing other people at their jobs and involving J C’s establishments to do it. I wouldn’t bring my car to a place that doesn’t employ personnel with professional etiquette.
I'm unhappy with the service I received. I had an appointment to get my oil changed, windshield wipers fixed so the wiper fluid would work and state inspection. My car was kept all day and the only service provided was state inspection. Nothing else done. I will never take my car back. Also while I was there picking up my car my elderly dad fell off the porch because there were no hand rails. The secretary just sat there. She did nothing. She didn't ask if my father was alright after I picked him up off the ground. I will ne... read more
I would not go any place else , they are fast efficient and very friendly personnel!
