Great community, property well taken care of and grounds always well maintained. Management is friendly, responsive and professional. Additionally they schedule events on a regular basis.
The amenities are great and community engagement, however you can’t enjoy your own apartment you pay rent for because the noise levels are terrible. I’ve rented before and apartments are going to have some level of noise, but never this constant. My guest complain. I have complained. You can hear them using the bathroom, closing cabinets, walking or stomping. I would never renew here.
We moved in about two weeks ago and the team here has been quick to respond with any ask you have. Jay and Teena were welcoming with dropping off a goodie bag!
Sunday February 2nd. Heater in our Unit has not worked since January 20th. First week Unit would not get above 60 degrees. Finally after 3rd visit to inspect the heater it was determined that it was in need of a new part and it will not be in untill February 6th. Heater is now running on Emergency Heat setting that can only keep the temperature of the Unit at the temperature of several space heaters we had to purchase. These space heaters are running basically 24 hours a day to keep the Unit at 69 to 70 degrees. Between the ... read more
We moved in November 2024 and couldn’t be happier. The beautiful amenities won us over! Every staff member from the front desk, maintenance and cleaning team are always thorough and pleasant. It’s a great place to live! Special shout to our Apartment Life team Jay and Teena who keep the fun going and community together!
