Every floor has a different awful smell — like a scratch-and-sniff of bad decisions. Trash piles up outside units and stays there for days. No effort to clean or deodorize.
The power goes out constantly at J Creekside Apartments. It’s happened multiple times with no warning and no clear explanation. Sometimes it’s out for hours, and management is either slow to respond or just doesn’t seem to care. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with in the middle of summer when you’re relying on AC, or when you’re just trying to live your life like a normal person. For what they charge in rent, this kind of unreliability is unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re into living in the dark.

Poorly maintained and not worth the rent. The pool area is swarming with ants — it’s honestly disgusting. You can’t even sit and relax without worrying about getting bitten or finding them crawling on your stuff. It’s clear the area isn’t properly cleaned or treated, and complaints go ignored. Maintenance overall is spotty at best, and the landlord is more interested in enforcing petty rules than actually fixing anything that matters. Before move-in, they were all over me with smiles and promises. After? Emails go unanswered, and they talk to you like you’re bothering them. It’s exhausting dealing with them.
