I removed my previous 5* review The second install has been catastrophic. Reported to NAPIT.
House call booked for 13/12 between 9 and 10 Didn't show up, no phone call to apologise. Message left on their answerphone no reply. Down right rude. Tried to contact on the Monday sat on phone for an hour lost the will to live. Have now booked with another firm Wouldn't bother with these again.
Rip off.
We’ve recently had a second Tesla powerwall fitted by J Cook LTD via Heatables. What a brilliant set of lads they sent, the couldn’t do enough to make my new powerwall match my existing set up 👌🏻 looks perfect, then went above and beyond to get it all fitted and commissioned within the day regardless of the 150+ mile journey each way. Thank you guys, Adam Nuttall.
This was a seamless install from start to finish. We had solar panels in our previous house in another part of the country,and knew the benefits of Solar. Luke (Sales), was very friendly, knew his job, and matched the panels to our current power usage, with enough in reserve. He also said that we could add more if needed in the future. On the day of install, he came round, as we wondered if we had enough panels.
