First off, he is NOT a licensed (C36) professional plumber. His father was a contractor and when he died many, many years ago, his son, Jerry Jr. never bothered to get his own license. He told me some story about inheriting his father license but since Jr was not a partner in the business, his story is bologna. I hired him because a contractor I knew recommended him.
