I enlisted J Company Roofing to fix my roof in early February. The new roof was installed on February 12 and I was told gutters would be installed about 8 days later. I called in March 3 and was told my gutters were being ordered. I called March 13 and I was told by Jack McMullen that I hadn't paid for gutters. After reviewing the paperwork I was told it was "an honest mistake" and my gutters would be ordered.
