Very rude and unprofessional tried to get more money out of me than what was needed
All around great experience. Estimate was quick, easy, upfront and fair. They answered any questions I had & kept me updated throughout. They worked my vehicle in due to my schedule constraints and had it completed in a more than reasonable amount of time. When I got my car back, the entire exterior was clean (even though it was dirty when I dropped it off) & the body/paint work was perfect. Would give 10 stars if it was an option.
They were very quick getting my car repairs completed and even though they ordered another part after they'd gotten my car in, it still took less than a week for them to complete everything (not to say some parts may not be as easy to get in so quickly). The area they repaired looks like when I first bought the car. If I ever need work done again I'll be coming back and will be recommending to others.
Hats off, and a big ass shout out to J Class body shop in Dunbar, the team of Jeremy, sweet Tabatha, Tori, and the rest of the team!!🫡👍💪 I just feel blessed, to have had my Truck repaired At J class.
