Had this guy Alex do my hair, after explaining exactly that I just needed a trim, he chopped off my hair that took me 6 months to grow back. At first it appeared like he was doing it right then he kept going and going like there's no tomorrow and by the time I realized he has done it his way! He's not the versatile haircutter, he only knows one way to cut hair and that is - his way!
Best staff and salon!! I went in to get my hair trimmed in layers and omg!! It was amazing!! My hair never looked better the staff is amazing so welcoming!! I’ll always be going here!! I love it and my hair feels so good

Absolutely horrible experience. My daughter went in for a haircut with Alex and she specifically told him to take 4 inches off. While he initially cut 4 inches off, he continued to make her hair shorter and shorter. I told him multiple times to stop shortening her hair, and he would not listen. She asked for a simple straight-across cut, nothing fancy. Instead, he kept thinning and shearing her hair when she NEVER asked for that.
