Dr. Tober is an outstanding vascular surgeon here in Beaufort. Diagnosed pain…. Wrong! Led to 10 more years to be in pain. He said hand pain was thoracic output syndrome wanted surgery to take out a rib or two. However a decade later painful still, got nerve testing that he never did. So finally chapel tunnel surgery. I believe he just wants whatever surgery to line his pockets; without correct testing to diagnose. Beware!
