We just bought a car at Jack Carter Northstar in Creston. We were greeted by lovely, happy staff who offered immediate help. After our test drives of three beautiful vehicles, our questions were answered clearly about each and with absolutely no pressure on what choice make. We are so pleased with our new vehicle and the efficiency of both the gals in closing the sale, giving full details of the vehicles electronic features, and the final sale details.
Or brakes were having issues while towing down the Kootenay pass. The dealership squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. We were able to get back on our way again. They were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!
The guys in the service department went above and beyond trying to help solve a challenging issue with replacing a key for my 2009 Chev Aveo, which I had lost. They are professional, easy to work with and fair (and fun) and I trust them to do the best they can. Thanks Again
My Encore began running rough and missing when I was on my way to Calgary. I went to northstar at 8 am on Monday morning hoping they could help. The shop was very busy but the service people were very helpful and got it in. I was back on the road at 1 pm and they did the paperwork for my extended warranty too. The front reception staff offered me a ride if I wanted to go anywhere for lunch. It was exactly where I needed to be at that point in time. Highly recommended
Amazing experience these guys saved me 3 times. Fit me in last second and even 30 mins before the shop closed got my starter changed and saved me from not having a truck all weekend. Yes price may be bit more but 100% worth it for the customer service they offer is the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you once team at GM for saving my butt 3 times now! Great work guys
