Dr Balart and his team made me feel very comfortable. He was very kind and easy to communicate with. That made up for the longer than expected wait in the prep area. I definitely will recommend him.
From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Balart and his team was excellent. His nurse at the office was amazing, and one thing that really stood out was that Dr. Balart came into my pre-appointment when I was scheduling my colonoscopy just to introduce himself and answer any questions I had. That immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure. Dr Balart is on time, and will take the time to talk to you. I did not feel rushed or brushed off. His staff is very personable just like Dr Balart. I feel like a friend when I talk to him. He always provides compassionate care to his patients. He really enjoys his job, and that is so refreshing.
