Absolutely incompetent auto shop. Came in for a basic oil change — they overfilled the engine well above the max level on the dipstick. This is a serious risk to the engine, and anyone calling themselves a mechanic should know that! It seems like either amateurs or people who simply don’t care are working there. If I hadn’t checked it myself, I could have ruined the engine. Total irresponsibility. I’ll never come back here, and I strongly recommend others stay far away
This review is based on our experience and actions by J Carrillo. We went in to get our catalytic converter changed. They only replaced half of the catalytic converter (we were unaware of this at the moment). Our car began failing a few months later, and they said the cat was failing and "changed" it again and claimed they did other work as well. Horrible, horrible experience.I reported them to the department of automotive repairs , the california agency which is available to follow these sources complaints. I paid them prior to the work.Being done which was supposed to be for a headlight.But while I was in there and they were evaluating the headlight which they did put in the bulb that I brought them which was two dollars so.
