Dr Laporte is a great doctor, he listens to your concerns and answers in great detail just as a teacher would. He is one of the kindest doctor I have ever met. He has a great group of staff, always greet you with a smile, willing to do anything you ask. I highly recommend!
They never answer the phone.You have to wait 30 minutes or more sometimes to ask a question or get information. And it’s only getting worse. They say that they are trying to remedy the problem but nothing. I don’t know how Dr. LaPorte can allow this to keep happening.
Terrific listener, takes you seriously, experience and insight that are always helpful. Kind and yet direct. Best doctor we’ve ever had.
