Joe was great. He kept me in the loop with what was going on. He came highly recommended to me and I see why. Great work, great communication and upfront about all the expenses. If you need work done to your vehicle j-car is who you want to call.
Excellent experience!!! From out of town. Anyway, very long story how we got to the point of towing to J- Car. Another shop wanted wayyy more than J-Car. Joe was amazing . I would even consider taking my vehicles to him from 125 miles away where I live. Thanks so much, Joe!

Honda Pilot was displaying a VTM-4 lock and running irregularly. I feared a transmission failure. Took it to J-Car Transmission based on Joe's great reviews and honesty. Also because he has broad spectrum mechanical knowledge in addition to his transmission specialty. He found the idle control system valve had failed and the 4 wheel drive system is fine. Didn't cost that much. Good decision to take it to him. I'll be a repeat customer.
J-Car fixed a problem with an Allison trans in a Chevy 2500 diesel several years ago. When my Ram 2500 needed to have the trans serviced, I took it to them. Both experiences were great with quick service and fair pricing.
