Updated 2026 - unfortunately, I had to adjust my original review because this company never contacted us back when we were ready to do our sealcoating after being in communication with us for several weeks and months and then they went MIA. I would recommend finding a more reliable contractor. I highly recommend working with Jose and Christian and would work with them again. Professional in his field and did great work.
I have used J Cansles 2 times with great results. Once for a large complete Blacktoped Driveway with Belgian Block. It came out beautiful. Then again for 45 Feet of sidewalk . Price was great and fast with no issues on both jobs.
Do not use this company. I had a complete rip up and new install. I was told it would be 3 inches thick but basically it’s no more than 1 inch or so. Weeds, rocks, and sticks are breaking through it and now it’s the second year and it is full of cracks. In addition to poor quality the grading is horrible. I’m left with huge puddles that I never had before. I’m very disappointed that I spent a lot of money to get a driveway that is basically as bad as the one I had replaced. We've had Canales do our snow removal a couple of times and are very happy with the results. They're very nice and did a very professional job. I also like their masonry work and see the quality, care and aesthetics I will want when we update ours.
Canales services were to install a spur driveway for my new 5th wheel trailer. I explained that the weight of the trailer will be 10, 000lbs. John advised me that it would not be a problem, and there will be no issue parking the trailer. Three months later, when I had to take the trailer for some inspection, I noticed the outside of the spur driveway closer to the grass was sinking under the weight of the trailer.
