Ziccardi Builders RE-BUILT this HORRIBLE HOUSE we bought in Conneaut Lake and they BROUGHT it back to LIFE! Joe, Nate and TEAM were so PERSONABLE to work with! It was like working with a FAMILY member that is how they treated me & my husband Allen. We are very GRATEFUL they were able to save our home and make it so BEAUTIFUL for the Area! Ziccardi Builders completed an ambitious project to build an all-season, two-story lake house around our pole building garage. We started with our own design for floor plans. We have used Ziccardi Builders for two major remodel projects and a new roof in our home. The crew has always been friendly, professional, prompt, and communicative throughout the projects. They worked hard to minimize the disruption to our lives while we lived in our home during the remodel. The quality of the work is fantastic and we would highly recommend!
This Conneaut Lake construction company takes the cake for being the absolute worst. My friend recently got a quote, and Nate Tallada, the one behind it, not only disclosed the quoted numbers but also their cost margins, and let me be frank – they're a bunch of swindlers! Steer clear of these crooks!
