After having a long and great relationship with Bernie and the previous owners, I can not say the same about James and the current staff. Every machine in my workshop was purchased through JCW until I needed a larger edgebander that they did not sell at the time. 5 years on and they do sell this edgebander and I needed a repair they have done nothing but beat around the bush. James and the team at JC Walsh provide an optimum level of service, and are very knowledgeable about their range of products. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends over to this family run and operated business.

An Awful experience. JCW Sold me a machine that does not work, and never has. They tried numerous times to fix it, then gave up, and refused to take the machine back or refund us. We have now had a third party fix the machine, and what JCW had sold us as "tested and operating" was a complete lie. Not even the safety switches working, and had been disconnected. These guys are a complete con. Avoid at all costs.

I really like the guys at Jc Walsh . I bought a secondhand panel saw from these guys and after service has been amazing any time I needed anything like a belt they were there within a few hours to fix any issues. This has been my experience on order occasions also when I’ve had my drop saw repaired, etc, I feel they give unbiased advice and accurate information regarding whatever they have for sale
