Had my car towed here after getting a flat on i40. It was after-hours when the tow truck dropped my car off, so I called the next morning at 8:35 to remind them about my car needing a tire change. I was told to expect a call back in 5-10 minutes with an update. Come 1PM I had still not received a call, so I contacted them again for an update.
