Ashley is so easy to work with and very friendly. This is my 2nd year having my taxes done by J and C Taxes and I will def be back next year.
I have never been more disappointed in the customer experience that was once a staple at J&C with Ashley. We scheduled our in person appointment as we've always done, a year in advance. A few days prior to our appointment I received an email to send all of our documents to a secure site and that the appointment had been changed to Zoom/Teams.
