I am very unhappy with the service at J&C Tax Return. They were slow to respond and did not properly address my audit questions, which delayed my tax return filing. Communication was poor throughout the process. On top of that, I was overcharged for the service. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Ashley has done my taxes for 10+ years now. She’s always been a pleasure to work with, very professional and does a great job. Highly recommend J&C!
Never heard from anyone at my appointment time. They seem to not care about their clients. It took 3 or four calls just to set the appointment. Ashley didn’t seem to care much.
Janet is great! She goes above and beyond to work for her clients. We have gone to other preparers, and they were not as thorough as Janet and her team!
