Ashley has been doing my taxes for year and I’ve never had a problem but this year she was a month late to do my taxes and had me sign the paperwork a few days before tax season was over with and now it’s been a few months and they are still not filed. I have been trying to call the company get a hold of somebody to figure out what’s going on and No one has gotten back to me. This has been horrible service from Ashley and for the company.

We had our appointment with Ashley on April 9th. We had all our documents uploaded to the website too. Our time came and went and no call from Ashley. I called the office number and the receptionist answered and said she was running way behind, like HOURS behind. Ashley never spoke with us, but the receptionist called us back a few hours later and told us our taxes were done and gave us the information we wanted about our return. Avoid this business at all costs. Ashley did not notify me when an error noting that my child’s social security number had already been filed with, which did not allow the returns to be filed. Four months later I logged onto my IRS account and noticed my return was not filed. Only after countless attempts to reach her did she explain what happened and that I had to file an identity theft claim with the IRS for it to be filed. It’s seems fitting to post this review on tax day - I’ve had the pleasure of working it Ashley and her husband Brandon for over 5 years and I could not be happier and satisfied with their work!
