So unorganized, unprofessional. Left shoes to be cleaned. Came the day after they said it would be ready and they didn’t even start on it. They asked me if I can point out which shoe was mine. They then said they’d do it in 5min and I ended up waiting 20min. Could be much better if they were more organized.

Reheeled my shoes in a day for a great price ($45) and also waterproof and cleaned the suede too!
Reasonable price, they are kinda nice, after waiting for over a week, I went to pick up my shoes on the designated day, but they haven’t done yet. I had specifically requested Vivram soles, but they had forgotten and attached a totally different type of sole, which was very disappointing.
Perhaps my favorite shoe shop of all time. Reasonable prices, superb craftsmanship, and quick turnaround. I'll make a special trip to the city just to repair my shoes here. No one does it better.
