I have nothing but praise for everyone at J C S Fireplace. Dealing with Matt, Nate, and Diane has been top-notch. They have been attentive to my requests and prompt with information. Being more of a DYI guy, my purchase was cash and carry, so unfortunately,my review doesn't include installation services. However, what I've seen of their work, it looks fantastic! I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to many years of enjoyment. I am confident that they will help me resolve any issues that may come up. Thank you!
Our pilot light would not stay on. Nate analyzed the problem and went to work to replace the thermocouple. He cleaned the entire unit. When he was done, it looked better than new. Nate was efficient and cordial. I would highly recommend JCS Fireplace.

I highly recommend this company. JCS did a first class install on our fireplace and cultured stone (interior and exterior) when installed new 8 years ago. This year we had an issue with the fireplace remote control, which needed to be replaced and resynced. All was resolved to our satisfaction by their service team -- excellent customer service before and after the sale and another satisfied customer !!!
