So far so good. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I am waiting for the follow through on my order. The interaction was a very good experience and helpful.
Nate Franks helped us with getting a new fireplace insert, he was professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our boys 4 and 8 while we shopped. I appreciate that he shared his knowledge but never pushed us any direction
I definitely recommend JCS Fireplace. I presented them with a very challenging issue relative to a gas fireplace that hadn't worked in years. The manufacture of the fireplace was unable to provide functional replacement parts; however Jeff remained persistent and developed a solution to resolve the issue. I would certainly encourage any local consumer to utilize JCS for all their fireplace needs. Thank you Jeff for a job well done!
