Excellent service from Ken. He looked at the car very soon after I called and then he got it fixed in two hours at a very reasonable price. I was delighted.

I'm sure they're sound mechanics but I rang Monday, told them my problem, and got "Leave it down in the morning". Said I can't do to Thursday, without hesitation "Leave it down in the morning". Come down Thursday morning - "We're booked until next week". Wasted my time.
