Outstanding staff and always on time
Doesn’t pay their sub contractors in a timely manner. Current outstanding invoice with them is over 8+ months old. They won’t reply to my emails or give any kind of realistic timeline to pay us. This is the second or third project we’ve done for them where they take over 6 months to pay.
Look no further. You’ve found the commercial contractor of your dreams. Seriously though, I had a great experience. Job done quickly, professionally and on budget. Everyone is nice and all the costs are transparent. I felt vindicated about my complaints about my last contractor after working with JC porter. Everything was done right. Total pleasure - makes me want to buy another building to do it all over. Recommend.
