When you need work done on your house, you are essentially looking for three things: 1) a fair price, 2) for the person to show up when they say they will, and 3) that they do a good job. * FYI Joe: I bought that size door on your confirmation after having you look at and measure the previous door. So disappointed in Joe. He quoted me a reasonable price to install a storm door and repair our screen doors. I failed to inspect the screen doors closely before paying him $50 above his $450 quote. A week later I notice the doors have a large gap between them. I've been trying in vain to have him come fix this glaring problem. Joe responded quickly and showed up the same day to install a large window air conditioner for me. He was back a few days later to repair and clean out my rain gutters. Joe is professional, friendly and hard-working, and his rates are very reasonable. I will definitely hire Joe for my next project.

Joe had all the assets mentioned above. He came to my residence to assemble a bathroom cabinet with a bowl sink. He did a professional and perfect job.. I know where to go for all my future jobs. I cannot thank him enough.
