Absolutely adore this company. Jill, the lovely voice on the phone is nice, full of knowledge and experience with insurance companies and doctors' offices. Cheryl is the best with kids and parents (even those of us who ask tons of questions). My grand loves her braces she gets, and I love knowing that if it breaks or needs to be tweaked, she is local OR she will come to the client. Her experience surpasses all others local or from Houston.

Never called me at date and time they stated. To inform me they could not fill my order from doctor after receiving new orders. When I called week later to find out if they received new order . I was informed that they had already called me to tell me they could not. When I said I didn't receive the call she said it was documented in my chart. She then said I was standing right behind her I know she did. As I tried to explain that after new script was sent over I never spoke with them , she hung up on me.
