As stated before, they ruined a dress and refused to fix it or pay someone to fix it. I went to the BBB. They refused to call back them either so it has now cost them an FYI rating by them. I will continue to go to every website I can find to let everyone know not to use this company, ever. The staff is rude, the owner uses avoidance as his tactic. Their turnover ratio is high because they treat their employees with disrespect. This business has no place in Cherokee County.
Establishment ruined a special occasion dress, pulling out the embroidery and refuses to provide me with compensation. Very disrespectful staff. I have taken my complaint to BBB.
