Terrible. After installation, we found that they sold us granite that had several chips on the forward edge. We didn't notice they were filled with a similar color putty until cleaning the counter for the first time. This is when the putty started to dissolve and left divots in the most visible part of the counter. In addition, their fingers were covered with melted liquid nails and left globs of the compound permanently smudged in 3 areas. Lastly, communication was horrendous with the staff. An absolute nightmare to work with. Spoke with them about a countertop and got a verbal quote at $1,150 for slab, cutouts, install and backsplash. Came back 2 days later to sign the contract and was told it would be $1,390. Went back 5 days later (to get the same employee who quoted 1,150) and ended up with a contract for $1,200. Realized the next day I'd like my install date moved 3 days later. Called twice, emailed twice, showed up at the Seattle showroom during business hours twice. Never got ahold of them. They have a big selection, good price, great quality work, but most importantly I don't have to wait a month to get my cabinet and counter top install.
