Today the 22 October, 2025 at 314pm I had the distinct pleasure of interacting with Mr Mohamed Hamza who works security at Terminal B Laguardia airport. Mr Mohamed Hamza is very Professional, Hardworking and should be Acknowledged. He Always goes Above and Beyond .I have seen him in action many times and based on our previous interactions, I had to ask his name. He really is an Exceptional person who provides Excellent Security service. He is an Asset to the JCM Security Company.

Awful awful awful !!!!!! The manager running this facility today on August 23 , 2025 clearly has no idea what he is doing !! Our flight arrives an hour early ...an hour !!! Then had another 30 min on top of that for gate issues ...this company has 1.5 hours to get their workers set up on time to be at the gate. After 7.5 hours of an international flight ....then waiting another 1.5 hour ....this manager decides the beat choice was to send one employee to pick up two passengers.
