Gotta say,I’ve made about 5 calls today between plumbers and plumbing and heating folks . The only one who called me back in a timely manner is Jan .Very prompt and took the time to listen to my concerns.

Think this guy may have retired as Ive called twice re. a broken pex pipe for upstairs heat. Get no return calls tho.
Jan is an amazing master plumber! I ran out of hot water and he called me back the same day. He came out after hours to see what was going on, then came back the next morning and started fixing it right away. He even helped me swap a faulty hot water tank out with a new one. He is a wonderful person who came to my rescue when know one else would. He’s worth the price and he’s excellent at what he does, he’s been doing it over 30 years and he knows what he’s doing!
