I feel the need to call out this business for neither listening to, nor addressing my request for service, and yet, brazenly invoicing me for the "pleasure". When Joe Jacobs (then the plumbing inspector for the Town of Sharon) owned this company, they were recommended by ANOTHER plumber (who was unable to undertake the job) to replace a gas boiler in 2016.
