Cheating, Unethical company. JC Hunter Electric charged me $300 to service a generator. They said it was fixed but when the electricity went out, the generator did not work. I called multiple times and left messages but I was ignored and given no response. This company cheated me of money and isn't making it right.
Can not understand negative reviews on this business, JC Hunter. Has been servicing our Generac for years, with oil changes, valve adjustments, service even breakdowns. John; his guys courteous, and efficient. Maybe everyone’s nerves shot from Covid expect at 3 AM he’ll be there in 5 minutes. Highly recommend to use patience for their service calls & have the job done right.
