I had a very complex query to resolve and was met with courtesy and professionalism by Andrew and his team of mechanics. They went above the call of duty to help and made a huge difference. Their customer service and friendly team were really impressive - I could not praise them enough!
Great place and people to do business with. I have bought several cars from Simon and would thoroughly recommend him and his staff to purchase a car. Always have time for you and there is no pushy sales tactics, plus very knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

Awful experience with JC Halliday & Sons, Eglinton. From the start I had to constantly chase them, with calls ignored and collection times changed at the last minute. Only Matthew showed any respect or professionalism; most of the others were unhelpful, and the Dealer Principal in particular was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout.
