Visited J.C. Halliday & Sons in Eglinton today to look at a car and left very disappointed — and with a painful bump on my head instead of a car. While trying to look inside the boot, the boot lid suddenly dropped straight onto my head because the boot struts/ramps were not working properly. This is not something you expect from a 2022 car that is up for sale at a dealership. It was quite a shock and left me going home with a very sore head.
