I called The Flooring Shop in Mount Horeb just before closing one day regarding a tile project and left a few details with the person answering the phone. The next morning (to my surprise), I received a call back and things moved quickly from there. The tile project was completed quickly and for a lower cost than I originally anticipated. I'm very happy with the high-quality results and with their top notch customer service along the way! Thank you, Travis and team!
I called J&C Flooring this morning to see if they had any carpet in stock for 2 bedrooms that we needed to recarpet before putting our home on the market. I was hopeful they could possibly get it installed within a week and a half. Travis was at the house within a an hour of my phone call! He measured and asked if I would like it installed this afternoon!!! What?! Are you serious?! We got new carpet installed today from JC Flooring and we are very pleased. I would recommend them with the highest of recommendations.Fair pricing and in a convenient time frame. They have a very knowledgeable and caring install crew. End result says it all...love it!
J & C did a beautiful job on our carpet and laminate floors! It feels like we have a new house. They were efficient and completed all the work in one day and it looks amazing. They were wonderful to work with, responding to everything quickly and getting the job done within a couple of weeks of us first reaching out.
We had vinyl plank flooring installed about 2 yrs ago by Travis. Had a little area buckle up. He was there within a week to repair with no additional costs to us. Highly recommend Travis!
