Called last week. Left a message with the lady that answered the phone. She said they would call me that day yet it’s a week later and still, no call back. Also messaged them on Facebook….no response! Oh well, I tried! I guess I’ll call another Pool company. That’s very bad customer service.
I want to take a moment to let everyone know that if you are looking for a company for your pool project J and C Fiberglass pool is the one . The process was very smooth , FAST and it turned out beautiful . Richard the salesman is a very professional , friendly and nice person and will answer all your questions from beginning to end . Corey the owner of the company is very professional and makes sure every step of the project is done the right way . We enjoy our pool and can’t be more thankful . I recommend this company 100%
