If I could rate this program zero stars, I would. They constantly threatened to call the cops on me and put me in the mental hospital whenever I showed any signs of being upset. They also constantly have people leaving. None of the providers I had stayed with me for more than one session with me. They also accused me of refusing to work with them even though I was advocating for myself. Do not go with this program.

Please do not send your child here under any circumstances. They have had no food in the house on multiple occasions. They are impossible to get a hold of under any form of communication. They do not supply nearly the services they promise. The manager Harold does nothing to help the kids or buy things the house needs. Sadly, I have to put a star, otherwise I wouldn't. My adult son has been placed with JC Family home services, not once, but twice. If you want updates on your adult children with special needs, you won't get one. You can call the number to reach someone, but no one ever calls back. You can try email, but you are likely not to get a reply. In the home, when you call, no one picks up except the clients living in the home, and even then that's almost never happens.
