Installation of new exterior lighting for my business was originally less than perfect when lights were installed behind a portion of gutter. I cannot articulate the light down towards the parking lot, instead it points parallel to the ground. Recently the lights stopped working and inspection showed that the installation was tied into a rental building on our property in error.
