I called them out because my sons flushed some toys down the toilet and clogged the line. They snaked the drain and said I was good and was gone within the hour and were very nice guys Fantastic! The problem was it clogged up again within hours and It was impossible to get in touch with someone until I got the bill that had a good number on it but on the bill was a charge for 39.87 materials on top of the 115 service charge and when I asked the gentleman that answered the phone what materials were used he said quote “it’s fo... read more
I met Chris in 2012 and used him on all my projects since. There are times he cannot come exactly when needed due to other calls but you bet if it was an emergency then it was a treated differently. Now my elder mom, she felt so safe using him as her vision Is not the greatest so he shows compassion by always sending the same guy no matter what. As much as I've used him we've of course encountered issues but professionally made it through it unscathed he is human.
This company is unethical. Please stop slandering people. You know good and well the contractor did not pay you. Not the people.
