Hired JC Construction and Pole Barns, owned by Chris Haines (no relation), to replace the roof on a 20×20 outbuilding used for equipment storage. The roofing work was completed, but everything after that completely broke down. They purchased materials for additional work, which I paid for, and told me twice they would provide an estimate.
