This contractor workmanship on my deck railing was not properly installed, as the spokes fall out, also he told me that the 4x4 posts wood be installed in the ground and, secured with concrete, he installed them attached to the deck face, which is wobbling, and I am disabled, and find it as a hazard. I called him repeatably, and he ignores my calls, also the one board was not installed right, and it is in the middle of deck, so it will have to remove half the decking to repair.
