I had one of the worst experiences with J & C Body Shop. I called they up on the phone to see if they'd do some work on my frame. When I called, someone answered the phone as follows in a loud voice "BETTER BE IMPORTANT!". This took me back as I would have expected a "hello" at least. I said "Excuse me?", he said that he was in the middle of a project and that it better be important why I'm calling.
