Had to leave a review because the customer service was genuinely top tier. Emmanuel was extremely knowledgeable and taught me things about my hair that I honestly didn’t know. She took the time to explain proper hair care, gave product suggestions based on my specific needs, and was honest about the non-negotiable products I needed while still respecting my budget. Was in line paying..the older guy gave me hairstylist discount for hair..older lady with walker came over told him no! I see why they have so much inventory!! JC Beauty Supply is the Best!!!! The owners are extremely customer oriented and provided me with a warm welcome. They opened the door for me when they saw I was on a cane. Then they offered me a wheelchair and pushed me around for an assisted shopping experience. Also, the store is handicap accessible, a ramp to enter store. Also, it is organized and clean.
