Great people and really apprecate the High Tech services.
Took my daughters car in for front brake pads. Guy at shop said everthing else is fine and it was good that i didnt keep driving it. He put on new pads I hope and pulled car out of bay. He didnt drive it. I paid him 120. He said no tax so that's criminal. As I drove away it started shaking bad. Took it back and without looking said it will be another 157.00 for right front hose and something else. My opinion is that he new about problem because he said it right away without even looking. I would give less than 1 star if I could. The "receptionist", the wife of mechanic is THE most unprofessional, rude person I have ever spoken to. I called to ask a simple question and she could NOT have been less helpful or more nasty. NO reason for this. I have never spoken to the mechanic - but I hope to as I understand he is much more kind and reasonable. Some advice - If you want to stay in business keep your wife away from the shop!
Joel is as honest, trustworthy and talented as a mechanic and as a person. Would not take my car to anyone else.
I had my car towed in on a Thursday because it kept stalling. The receptionist who is also the wife was very rude to me when I called to make sure that my car arrived with no problem. After a whole day of hearing no update I called to get one with no answer. I didn't receive a call back with an update so I tried the next day (Friday) with no answer. Needless to say, I didn't get a hold of anyone until Wednesday and they told me that the car was ready and they didn't find a problem with driving it. When arriving, I went into ... read more
