Very nice down to earth and a man of his word. Put my car in this shop Saturday, and it was done by Monday! I even got a courtesy call to let me know it will be finish in 30 mins . I was so happy to be back on the road!! Thanks J&C Auto repair. U have a customer for life!!!
Doesn't call you to give updates on job or tell you when your vehicle is ready Tells you he (his name is Carlos) only takes cash but he also takes card Said that he has "a guy" do his alignments but took my car to Firestone. Didn't provide paperwork from Firestone either I don't know if he's forgetful or a liar but either way record him talking or get everything that he says in writing because he changed the price on me when I went to pay even though we agreed on a different price before. Bad service. Carlos fixed my sons can and never called to say it was ready. Sat with it for 2 days. I had to go and check in. Never answered the phone.
