Joe is the kindest, compassionate man I’ve had the pleasure to come across in a long time. I live in Oregon but came here to help my mom with serious medical issues and to find her Hummer. She remembered she had it towed to a mechanic but she’s dyslexic and thought it was at CJ auto. After initial panic we discovered it was at JC. Regardless, after 4 months sitting in the yard Joe waived the tow bill. So gracious! Thank you

I didn't have much of an idea what to expect as this was the first time getting a non-trivial repair done on the body of my car. I am a bit neurotic about everything, but the employees made every effort they could to assuage my fears regarding this process. Anyway, I got my car back yesterday, and as far as I can tell so far, it is absolutely perfect. This place is glorious, and I will recommend it to anyone.
