Every time I’ve called about something and have had a question he’s always upfront and is respectful. I’ve had a buddy used to take his mustang to him every repair he needed and he got it done correctly and quick and that’s why I won’t ever go no where else but here
He has worked on our 2013 dodge ram multiple times. He does a great job. Very friendly. Never felt uncomfortable around him or his crew.
Going to Auto shops as a girl without help of a father or man can be intimidating and its just not something we get excited about doing. Today I had a scheduled appointment at “J Byrd Automotive”. I’ve had one prior experience with him. My sister locked her keys in her car. His shop is less than a mile from my house. We called him , he said he would be here within 30 min. Cannot complain! got me in & out quickly for how busy they were no problems, even offered me a drink ! 10/10 automotive service for sure!
