Awful experience with Jack Bury. Bad attitude from the minute he arrived. Upon arrival said it would be a quick and easy job, 11 hours later and he was still trying to find/fix and seal pipes he drilled into!!!!! Due to his haste while fixing a simple carbon monoxide monitor, he decided to use an electric drill with an 8 inch drill bit which hit 2 lead pipes. Was dismissive of my initial suggestion to leave the monitor where it is now, on top of my fridge!!! No respect for my property and due to his carelessness drilling int... read more

Jack came to look at slow drip at rear of boiler. Firstly said it was an old boiler tried to persuade me to purchase new boiler but did not have finance so ask for repair estimate.which seamed a high price ?£440 that was to replace hydraulic block and high pressure release valve ( 2 components 1 slow drop of water) pice agreed . Boiler repaired in my absence . Rang him to say I was home came straight away to pick up money . Told jack there another slow drip different place said don’t know where that come from will be ok ring... read more

I needed a replacement tap/shower head in my bathroom. I called and he instantly picked up. I sent over photos and he fitted them the next day, took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy and would use their services again.
