My '98 Nissan Maxima finally needed to be put out to pasture today and Kyle and everyone else at JB's were helpful and more than fair. The owner of the shop I'd taken my car to asked how much JB's was giving me, minus the cost of the tow, and it turned out he'd recently received less for an SUV that weighed significantly more. JB's will get straight down to business and will give you a fair and honest quote, and they'll pick up your non-operational vehicle for far less than the towing companies in town.
Kyle was very helpful & friendly - great communication. He picked up two junk cars from us and the whole process was smooth and easy.
