My local mechanic retired. I was referred to J&J Car Care by a friend and a family member. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this team. I spoke, they listen and fixed what was ailing my car. J&J Car Care Center is at or above dealership quality service centers, except their rates are reasonable. Thanks to Johna, Jeremy and their team. My car is safe and enjoyable to drive again.
First time visit- Johna was welcoming & very organized, service technician did a great job. I have found my local car service center. Highly recommended.
I have had my truck breaks worked on several times before by another company, and it never was right. J&J was promp, and called to let me know before doing a bunch of work first. And this was my first time at J& J I believe they done it right and I will be back . I also had called another company before J&J and had to leave a message and they never called me back.
Definitely 5 star service and commitment to customer service. Great work better price. Thank you for your honesty and getting the job done.
